The owner of Neon Bright Co, Janice Duong has a background in graphic design and discovered her creative outlet with neon lights! Anything simple to artistic is possible! Every order is custom, there are no generic designs for sale. Strictly custom or designed by the owner. Once in a while, the owner may design her own pieces and will have them up on this site for sale. Make sure to subscribe for updates!
Behind every sign made is a story, we want to make sure you love it! Whether it’s made for a special event or simply decor! Signs aren’t put through production till we get approval from the customer.
Every order is customized to your satisfaction, whether you have a design, idea, or even a picture. We will try to make sure it's done to your liking. No orders are produced till we get the customer's OK and approval.

From finalizing design, production to delivery at your door will take an average of 10-14 business days. Rush orders are accepted and product can be done and shipped in 4-5 business days, but with extra cost.
There is a 1 year warranty on all orders should the product malfunction (in this case, we will ask for pictures and videos for verification. Then, we will ship out a new sign .) Please keep in mind this does not cover accidents, human factors, or misuse of the signs.
ALL SALES FINAL. Returns are not accepted, all signs are custom and made to order.
