No returns are accepted, all signs and custom are made to order.  **There is a 1 year warranty on all orders, should the product malfunction (in this case, we will ask for pictures and videos for verification. Then, we will ship out a new sign .) Please keep in mind this does not cover accidents, human factors, or misuse of the signs.**
